On March 13 2007, Besam US Inc. completed the
acquisition of Don La Force Associates (DLA).
DLA will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary
in the southwestern United States. The acquisition
compliments Besam’s aggressive plan to continue
concentrating on market penetration and increased
market share throughout North America, and the
southwestern United States in particular.
